Good morning; I'm looking for a copy of the following OPM document. "Policy Guidelines on the Disposition of Overpayments under the Civil Service Retirement System and the Federal Employees' Retirement System" the last citation we were able to find was to the May, 1995 version. It's not cataloged in OCLC. We have a FOIA request pending, which is moving rather slowly. We have an earlier version from 1987 under a slightly different title. Thanks for your help. John D.
