Network library staff members are encouraged to download, install, and use BARD Express in order to become familiar with the software and better provide support and answer questions from users. Patrons with highly technical questions about BARD Express can be referred to the BARD Support team: [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>. NLS also recommends using BARD Express to duplicate titles for circulation.
