Dear BIBCO colleagues,

The PCC BIBCO, CONSER, NACO, and SACO Operations Committees will meet at the Library of Congress, Thursday, May 4, 2017 and Friday, May 5, 2017.

Agendas for the sessions will be posted in the coming weeks.

Location of the meetings:

               Library of Congress
               James Madison Building (agenda will include meeting room locations)
               101 Independence Ave, SE
               Washington, DC

Meeting times:

8:30 am-5:00 pm on both Thursday May 4, 2017 and Friday May 5, 2017 with a session on linked data Friday afternoon 1:00 pm-5:00 pm.

All attendees are invited to the Friday afternoon session. Further details about the Friday afternoon session will be made available closer to the meeting.

We will use the data for planning the meeting, the dinner, printing name tags, etc.

The deadline for submitting the survey is Monday, April 3, 2017.


Attendees may make any housing arrangements that suit them while in DC.

For your convenience, we have reserved a block of hotel rooms at the Capitol Hill Hotel, adjacent to the Library of Congress, at government rates, $242.00 (subject to state and local taxes). The number of rooms is limited, accommodation will be provided on a first come, first served basis.

Attendees choosing to reserve a room in the block will make their own reservations at the Capitol Hill Hotel and will be responsible entirely for any expenses they incur.

Reservations for this block of rooms at this rate must be made by cutoff date of April 3, 2017.
