The latest Status Report for RDA's 3R Project (aka the redesign of the Toolkit) is available at http://www.rdatoolkit.org/3Rproject/SR2.
It is also important to note that the August release will be available in a month. That release will contain no changes to the English version of RDA, but there will be revisions to policy statements and RDA translations. More on this is a few weeks.

This is the second status report for the RDA Toolkit Restructure and Redesign Project. The 3R project has been proceeding with an extended string of discussions with developers as well as with the RDA Steering Committee (RSC). These discussions have lead to
decisions in some cases and further questions in others. And it is important to note that real work is underway.
