MRL is the place. If you have real good Open Reel decks, you may be able to skip wow/flutter speed test tapes and just make your own. We can talk about that more if interested. But the idea is in MRL's own documentation, of which there is PLENTY to drown in.

Subject: [ARSCLIST] Test tone tapes?

Hello Collective Wisdom,

I am looking to purchase a test tone tape (or two if I am luck) but am
striking out. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Thank you!

Allison
