Metadata Analyst Librarian, Collection Services, McGill University Library and Archives, Montreal, Quebec, Canada http://www.mcgill.ca/library/files/library/17-al9884-01_metadata_analyst_librarian.pdf McGill University Library & Archives seeks a collaborative, user-centred, tech-savvy and highly motivated individual for the position of Metadata Analyst Librarian. This member of the McGill Library & Archives Collection Services department, performs work with metadata and library systems to extract, manipulate and transform metadata, as well as investigate and implement resolutions to challenges related to library data. The person in this role will become the primary contact for the library's authentication systems. The ideal candidate possesses strong problem solving skills, works well in a team environments and has experiences working on library projects related to automating data manipulation tasks with e-resources metadata.
