Dear All, I have just seen a story saying that a major copyright decision in the "Flo and Eddie" case, just handed down in Florida, confirms what we already know, that there is no US federal copyright protection for recordings made before 1972. The Supreme Court of Florida also appears to have specifically rejected an attempt to get Florida to recognize a state law copyright claim, as exists in a few other states, stating that no such thing exists in Florida.
