After cleaning some slides I had plenty of leftover PEC-12 emulsion cleaner, so I thought I'd test it for removing fingerprints from a vinyl LP I had. It did a fine job, but of course it couldn't repair the damage the oils had already caused to the vinyl. Didn't seem to harm the vinyl at all, but in others' opinions, is this safe to use on vinyl or styrene records? http://photosol.com/pec-12-faq/
