Yes it is a 7-to8 hour drive from Baltimore to Boston, or train ride of 6+ hours.  We do have some excellent seafood restaurants here in Baltimore - I will check which restaurants have been posted on the conference web pages and if I think of others will send you their names.  Thanks.
