Peter Shamberger, local arrangements chair has asked me to pass along some additional info: I have had some questions concerning the record sale/swap to be held at the ARSC Conference in Baltimore at starting at 7 to 7:30 P.M. on May 11th at the Radisson Hotel at 101 Fayette Street. You don’t have to swap, you can just buy or browse. *THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR A TABLE SPACE.* *HOWEVER, PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP IF YOU PLAN TO BRING THINGS SO WE HAVE ENOUGH TABLES. YOU CAN CONTACT ME BY EMAIL AT [log in to unmask] <[log in to unmask]> or by text at 443-994-7295.* You can use the Front Entrance or the loading dock located inside the hotel at the corner of Baltimore Ave. and Hanover Street but you cannot remained parked there. I would suggest the Edison ParkFast across the street from the hotel entrance. The hotel only has valet parking but other parking garages in the area should be less expensive. The room reserved for the event is INTERNATIONAL ROOM E.
