Hi Brook, the link in the pdf worked for me, here is the one I think you need.
https://ordering.ges.com/083630035
I clicked on “Ship Exhibit Freight” and then on the next page Generate Address Labels. That took me here:
https://ordering.ges.com/083630035/labels
You will need to know your booth # which you’ll find on the map that Guy sent. I’d double check but I printed it out and I see 503 for Kentucky.
Hope this helps.

Also first time shipping stuff, and I feel like I might be a little loopy – the Welcome letter from decibel has a link to shipping labels, but since they sent the letter in PDF I can’t get to those
links. Am I wrong?
Thanks from your flustered Kentucky colleague,
Brooke

P.S. learn from my mistake. As I was blithely and madly taping shipping labels to all six sides of my boxes I didn’t think about the fact that they are labeled 1 of 2, 2 of 3 etc.) ( Teeny tiny little numbers
on the bottom of the label. Be sure you get all the same label on each box!

Hello everyone, Being new at this I checked in with Melinda at the shipping company and she said:
"As for the labels, please do put labels on all six sides of the box. There is a lot of freight with this show, and visibility is important, hence the ask for the excessive labelling.
"
Also last year which was my first I didn’t know that I had to have a pre-printed shipping label and my box never returned. Fortunately there was nothing of huge importance in the box. But as we use FedEX as our shipper I guess I have
to also call them. Does anyone with more knowledge than me know do each of us have to make that call? I will double check with Melinda who has been great and very responsive. And if you’ve already shipped your boxes without labels on all sides I did that
last year and they made it just fine.

Hi, Zoe...if they said that I would be surprised because when we went into the print labels link and told them how many boxes we were shipping. We got only that number of labels.
But I admit I didn't read all the other stuff we werensent! ***************************************************

Sharon,
Some years, the Decibel Management folks have wanted their label on all 6 sides of each box, but I don't think I did that last year. Thought I remembered reading in this year's instructions that they wanted the 6 labels, but now that
I've gone back through their instructions, I haven't located it anywhere. Am I just missing it or did I just dream that they want a label on all sides?

Everyone can note that the shipping label we download from the site is put on the box IN ADDITION TO the label you get from your shipper ...
the reason those boxes couldn't ship was that the sender's payment/account info hadn't been entered.
again ... you need the GES generated label (for delivery at the festival) AND your own shipping label (for delivery TO the warehouse)
Cheers, Sharon

Helen, wanted to let you know of a snag we hit on shipping the National Book Festival boxes to D.C. On Monday I affixed the labels and took them to the mail room to be shipped by UPS. Yesterday, mail services called Toni and said they
couldn't accept the boxes for UPS because they don't have the appropriate shipping labels on them. I noticed there were no bar codes of any sort on the labels, but it's the link I found on the website for Decibel Management as the link to print shipping labels
in Guy's welcome email does not function (so maybe I wasn't in the right place?).
Mail services returned the boxes here yesterday morning. I immediately sent an email to the expo vendor's address that Guy/LOC provided ([log in to unmask])
asking for clarification on the shipping labels and if I was not using the correct link to print them. I have not heard anything back so I'm wondering if we need to reach out to Guy or someone else at LOC directly, OR we could contact another state to see
what link/labels they use.
Can you contact Guy and see if anyone else is having issues and what the correct link/procedure is for the shipping labels so we can get them out this week?
