Subject: Questions on entering submissions

Perhaps this is somewhere in all the info I've already received, but I'm not putting my fingers on it: I'm getting ready to enter our mailed submissions -- which seems as if it may be the bulk of ours -- and am not sure on a couple of points.

1) Student name on the letter is OK, correct? Just not any contact information?
2) Do we need to check if the letter meets the min/max number of words here at the state level?
