The Dutch authority file system for governmental (central and de-central) archives records creators, Actorenregister (https://actorenregister.nationaalarchief.nl), provides more than 3000 EAC-CPF files. These can be downloaded as individual EAC-CPF/XML records via the search results in the user interface of the system, but also harvested in bulk via its OAI-PMH base url: https://actorenregister.nationaalarchief.nl/oai-pmh.

The latest version of Access to Memory (AtoM) software provides the ability to bulk export EAC-CPF XML files. Here is the relevant documentation on exporting single authority records as EAC-CPF XML: https://www.accesstomemory.org/en/docs/2.4/user-manual/import-export/export-xml/#eac-export-view
And the relevant documentation on exporting multiple XML files using the clipboard feature: https://www.accesstomemory.org/en/docs/2.4/user-manual/import-export/export-xml/#xml-export-clipboard
The wiki provides a partial list of AtoM users: https://wiki.accesstomemory.org/Community/Users
Any of those users that are running v2.4 make EAC files available for bulk download.

First of all, apologies about the error-ridden email that I typed and sent so hastily.
More importantly, please feel free to respond on- or off-list. If I find any other examples of EAC files available for bulk download, I’ll update this email thread.
Thanks, and I hope everyone has a great weekend,
I know quite where you can find EAD available for bulk download, but just two places where you can find the same for EAC-CPF records. Here’s the two that I know about:
Are there others out there that you know of that allows you to easily download EAC files in bulk?
All my best,
