As promised, here is a list of state centers and renewal dates.
This week I sent renewal letters to those from whom I received letters requesting renewal.
If you sent me a renewal letter and I overlooked it, please let me know. You will get a response ASAP.
If you have not renewed, please do so within the next 4 weeks or so. We want to keep all of our housekeeping up to date. I need a letter expressing your desire to renew, a
brief outline of what you have achieved the past 3 years, and what you intend to do during the renewal period. These do not need to be more than 1-2 pages.
Centers up for renewal in 2018 (for 2019-2021 active status) – if you did not renew in late 2018 or early this year, please send renewal letter

These states will be up for renewal in late 2019 (for 2010-2012 active status)
You will receive a reminder in late 2019 when it is time to send renewal letters. No need to send them in now.

These states will be up for renewal in late 2020 (for active status in 2021-2023).

Our newest center, Puerto Rico, which came on board in January 2019, will be up for renewal in late 2021 (for 2022-2024 active status).
