Hi, Annie,

Nothing turned up. On the Library Card program inquiry.

Microsoft Word allows a 3x5 size template.  By adjusting the margins and looking at images of old cards, I've come up with my own, for classical music 78 use.  They print out on paper.  You can get a heavier grade to print on card stock but need a printer that will handle it and, as they print multiple cards, you'll need to cut them up- Oblong, I think they come out 4 to a page.  

I actually have an odd use in mind where all I want is the image.
