I would recommend I sent them a Studer A710 cassette deck and had it totally reconditioned including re-capping and upgrading the op-amps. They actually specialize in DAT decks but did a fantastic work on my A710. The only disadvantage is that they are in Romania.  Use EMS delivery through USPS and save money on shipping.

You might also try  They did some work on an DA-88 for me a few years ago.
