I would recommend www.proaudio-revival.com. I sent them a Studer A710 cassette deck and had it totally reconditioned including re-capping and upgrading the op-amps. They actually specialize in DAT decks but did a fantastic work on my A710. The only disadvantage is that they are in Romania.  Use EMS delivery through USPS and save money on shipping.

You might also try http://www.audiodesign-service.com.  They did some work on an DA-88 for me a few years ago.
