Subject: [PCCLIST] "Quotas" for NACO participating libraries?

On the website for PCC I do not find information about quotas or expected/required productivity of new and upgraded authority records for NACO participating libraries. It has been my understanding for many years that the number required is 200 records created or revised per year per institution (at least for institutions of our size). Is that still the case? Where is that information stated?
