Hi Wynand,

See http://www.loc.gov/standards/mods/userguide/origininfo.html#place with attribute @supplied=”yes”: An indication that the place information did not come from the resource itself. / This attribute is used as supplied="yes" when the place information has been supplied from an external source, not from the resource. Same goes for publisher.

Best regards,

Onderwerp: [MODS] Publisher data inferred

Dear Colleagues,

I looked at various documents but could not find any information that talks to how one indicates that the publisher and place of publication are known, but not retrieved from the item itself, so the equivalent of an inferred qualifier for dates.
