No problems so far for us in Rio de Janeiro. The URL we use:

Subject: [PCCLIST] Problems with NGA GEOnet server?
Hi all,
Has anyone successfully gotten into and gotten results from GEOnet this week? I’ve been trying for the past two days at geonames.nga.mil and the usual variations on that URL and I either get a never-ending spinning circle or I get a seriously
busted search interface that won’t perform any searches. I’ve got 3 places (outside the US) that I need to establish, but as far as I know GEOnet is still the resource we are supposed to cite in place name ARs.
Has the URL changed and I don’t know it? We aren’t allowed to use geonames.org yet, are we? That one is working, at least.
Thanks,
Rich
