Exporting and downloading your statistics from OCLC to your Documents folder is primarily so that you have a copy for your records.
You still need to open the exported Excel document and use the information to Submit Statistics in your institutions PCC Directory. Instructions for entering
our statistics can be found here:

Good morning.
I have a question.
After I obtained my statistics from the OCLC I exported and saved it on my Documents.
Do I have to send it to some other Directory /folder?
Thank you,
Alla Kroychik

Dear PCC participants,
Today was supposed to be the deadline for PCC institutions to enter their PCC statistics for the second half of fiscal year 2019 in the PCC Directory. However, because we neglected
to send out a reminder ahead of time, we are extending the deadline for another week until:
Tuesday, October 22. All NACO, BIBCO, CONSER, and SACO contributions made during the months of April-September 2019 should be entered into the PCC Directory by that date.
Instructions can be found in the “Statistics” section at the bottom of the PCC Directory web page:
http://www.loc.gov/aba/pcc/pccd
After the October 22nd deadline, we will run a report on the statistics entered and post it here:
http://www.loc.gov/aba/pcc/stats.html
