ont-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;mso-fareast-language:ZH-CN">. This website was designed to meet the information and training needs of all staff affiliated with the NLS program. It includes a training portal and a wealth of information on the talking-book program, including a refined “search” feature and a glossary of talking-book terms.

After you receive the email with your username, please follow the attached instructions (Single Sign-On Training and Instruction.docx) to guide you through the entire setup procedure. Once your ID and password are established in the system, click “sign out” in the upper right corner.

The next step is to log in to the Network Library Services website.

1)    Go to www.loc.gov/nls/network

2)    Click on the link “Log in to Network Library Services”

3)    You will be presented with the login screen for the SSO system. Sign in and follow the two-factor authentication steps. (If you are using a fob as your two-factor authentication method, it is highly recommended that you use the Chrome browser or Firefox version 64 or higher. The fob will not work in Internet Explorer.)

4)    Select “agree” to enter the system. The website should now properly display on your screen.

The error message “An error occurred, please login again through your application” is an indication that the browser’s history/cache needs to be cleared.

In time, additional NLS systems will be accessible via your SSO ID/password.  Once you are logged in through the SSO, you will be able to easily pivot to different NLS systems without needing to enter any additional login credentials. Please also refer to the attached FAQ to answer other questions.

If you are having technical problems gaining access to the SSO system at any time, please call Meredith Beckhardt at (202) 707-3459.
