Good morning all, 

I put together a quick survey per Guys’ request.  

The LOC CFB Ideas Exchange 2020 Survey includes these fields/questions:

May 6, 2020 Meeting Preference (In person or Online multiple choice)
Travel Bookings (HAVE or Have NOT booked multiple choice)
Name, State, and Email
Additional Comments (Optional)

After you complete the survey and click Submit, you have the option to View Previous Responses, which will display a chart of up to date responses.
