D -- we had a meeting about this. We said that "Discover Great Places through Reading" suggested that the book would be ABOUT the place. It's more open and inclusive for us to say Great Reads from Great Places so that it's clear the book will be FROM our place (and it can also -- but doesn't have to be -- about our place). Are you saying we can't use this new name? We have already started branding our work using that phrase and so if we have to stop the presses we should know. The truth is, though, you could probably use "Discover Great Places Through Reading" as a terrific tagline line for the new naming of ROAD MAP TO READING and so maybe we could have it both ways?/SOn Mon, Jun 15, 2020 at 3:49 PM Arnaiz, Deziree <[log in to unmask]> wrote:
We have many unofficial names for the great reads project, but I wanted to clarify its official title, going back to the brochure from 2002.
Official Title: “Discover Great Places Through Reading”
We also use the tagline “Great Reads About Great Places” above the booklist in the brochure.
See the website and all the previous brochures:
Please use this official title in any materials you may produce.
