Dear NACO Colleagues, On behalf of the Standing Committee on Training, I am pleased to announce that the 4th edition of the NACO manual has been published. Thanks to the NACO Manual task group: John Hostage (Harvard University), Chair, Everett Allgood (New York University), Paul Frank (Library of Congress),and David Van Kleeck (University of Florida).
