There's also the Middletown case that John Hostage mentioned. According to
Wikipedia and the sources its article cites, "Middletown" was the name used
by the the Lynds in their sociological studies of Muncie, Indiana. Should
"451 Middletown (Ind.)" be added to the authority for Muncie? And if so,
how should it be distinguished from the authority for the actual
Middletown, Indiana?
