To add to Paul's great advice: You might try Triton X-100 if Photo-Flo is hard to find. It is available at Amazon, for example, & only use a drop or two per gallon as the stuff is a detergent & very potent. I use the solution as a rinse & use products from The Disc Doctor for cleaning. You might check with them to see if their products are appropriate for your application.
