It was broadcast on the radio and in it he predicted a rapid recovery from the Depression. From some dead internet links, it appears a recording does exist. I’ve checked SONIC, NARA (including Hoover and FDR Libraries), the Miller Center, the Vincent Voice Library, and a few other places. Does anyone know where this exists?
