I just wanted to send an e-mail to invite you and your staffs to participate via webinar in a free Department of the Interior Library Training Session entitled
"Environmental Law Research on Lexis Advance" on Wednesday,
February 10th from 2:00 to 3:00 pm ET, part of our series of free training sessions available from the DOI Library.
This class builds upon and expands legal research skills using the Lexis Advance online database to delve into its environmental law content. The focus will
be finding case law, statutes, regulations, administrative documents, and Shepardizing as well as secondary sources specific to the practice of environmental law. Some primary and secondary sources found in Lexis Advance includes Frank P. Grad’s Treatise on
Environmental Law; Michael B. Gerrard’s Environmental Law Practice Guide and Brownfields Law and Practice; The Law of Hazardous Waste; Mitchell L. Lathrop’s Insurance Coverage for Environmental Claims; as well as environmental law review articles. Our Lexis
trainer will explore these publications as well as how to probe into environmental law statutes, legislation and regulatory materials.
All that are interested are invited. Please go to the following link to request webinar registration information:
