HI—I can do the cover letter for sure. I need to find out re LOC stationery. I have always used the paper and then just copied with the letter. But I don’t have that stationery with me.

I will get the letter to everyone this week.

Do you think we can get this document on Library of Congress stationery with a cover letter from you.  This will make it more official when sharing it with boards and people who will be signing this.

All—thanks for your insightful and helpful comments during our meeting to discuss the Agreement. I have worked with upper management to revise it. I believe it now addresses most of your concerns. I realize some of you will still have issues and may not be able to agree to this. If that is your situation, please send an email to [log in to unmask]. I would like to discuss with you.

Please return this signed document no later than March 31, 2021. It will be in effect April 1, 2021, through March 31, 2023.

I look forward to continued and new collaborations in our newly strengthened network.

If you personally do not have the authority to sign this, please change the signature line(s) as appropriate.

NOTE: If you have previously sent me a signed agreement, thanks for doing so. Could you please sign this new agreement, so we are all on the same page/agreement? I will trash the agreement you already signed. Sorry for the inconvenience.
