Joe—thanks for setting these up. I look forward to our conversation.

On second thought, perhaps my agenda item will take up the entire meeting (or more).

Maybe we just spend the first 45 minutes doing this and then the others can chime in in future meetings? I  want us to be able to discuss other issues. We can play it by ear and see how it goes.
