Essence is a monthly lifestyle, beauty, and fashion magazine for African-American women. Use code ESS4 to subscribe patrons to Essence. Subscribers to Ebony, which ceased print publication in 2019, will automatically be switched over to an Essence magazine subscription. Reader’s Digest is available now in braille and soon as ebraille on BARD. Use magazine code DIG1 to subscribe patrons to Readers Digest.
