Any suggestions where I might find this:

"Letter, CONARC, ATSWD-0471/61(S) Qualitative Materiel Requirement
for a Dual Purpose (Anti-Personnel, Anti-Materiel) Cartridge for
the 40-MM Hand Held Launcher, 28 September 1959."
