I am looking at hosting a program for the libraries in NH about diversity in collections and readers advisory. I have a speaker in mind who has done programs like this before. She is very direct, and very clear about the stuff that has gone on in libraries that needs to stop. I am good with this as I think it is the conversation NH libraries need to be having. However, I'm curious to know if any other Centers have done this kind of programming and if you got any pushback or had issues I should be ready for. Also, do you have resources that you like for this topic - I am hoping to do a libguide (or maybe a series of them) on resources for diversifying library collections. Thanks for any guidance you can offer! ______________________________________________ Mary A.
