The roct 5289 numbers (pronounced Gost) are government manufacturing standards, and have NOTHING to do with the recording, and should not be considered important. They were changed in 1950, 56, 61, 68, 72, 80, and 86 I believe. They give only an indication of when the copy you are holding was pressed. Remove them.

Recorded Sound Collections) or IASA - International Assoc. of Sound
Archives.
