The Military Libraries Training Workshop (MLTW 2021) will be held virtually Tuesday, 7 December through Thursday, 9 December 2021.
Every two years, military librarians from each military branch and from different types of libraries meet to share ideas, challenges, and solutions. MLTW is the only
opportunity we have as military librarians to share our expertise across branches and specialization.
This MLTW, we will have four panels with seasoned military librarians to discuss lessons learned thus far during the pandemic. Panels will be held for each type of military
library: academic, public, medical, and technical. It should be a very worthwhile discussion of how we have adapted during this challenging time and what can be learned from this experience.
Other sessions will cover artificial intelligence and disinformation.
Registration is only $50.00.
The Military Libraries Community (MLC) of the Special Libraries Association (SLA) hopes that you can join us.

The humane option is the best option.
• We are going to prioritize supporting each other as humans.
• We are going to prioritize simple solutions that make sense for the most.
• We are going to prioritize sharing resources and communicating clearly.
