Please help us spread the word that the Library of Congress is now accepting applications for a Systems Analyst.
The Library of Congress Office of the Chief Information Officer is hiring a GS-13 Systems Analyst to support operations throughout the Library, including the National Library Service for the
Blind and Print Disabled. The duties of this job include, but are not limited to, the following:

Independently designs, develops, and manages major software projects in a specific specialty area to meet complex new or modified current or
future business requirements.
·
Works with a specialized group of programmers on complex, multi-faceted prototype systems.
·
Provides expert analysis and advice on complex program-related information technology (IT) issues or problems where new analytical techniques
must be developed to identify and evaluate findings.
·
Independently performs specialized data analysis to help understand the concerns of an organization.
The position is telework-eligible under the Library’s telework policies but is not eligible for permanent remote telework.
