Thank you all for the helpful advice and information. Being so new to this, I like to have an idea of what is happening. I like everyone's ideas about what they have brought in the past and look forward to putting together Wyoming's section. Thank you, Guy, for looking into funding for us non-library housed folks. If I can do anything to help, please let me know. Attached is an example of the stickers we used for WA the last time we were there in person I put a pencil in the picture to give some context for scale. :) Sara Pet (she/her)| Community Outreach Librarian AskWA: Statewide Virtual Reference Cooperative<https://askwa.libanswers.com/>, Washington Center for the Book<http://www.washingtoncenterforthebook.org/>, WSL Social Media Washington State Library | Office of the Secretary of State 6880 Capitol Blvd SE, Tumwater, Washington c: 360-480-1005 [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]> [Email_SecStateWA_Library]<https://www.sos.wa.gov/library/> [Facebook] <https://www.facebook.com/WashingtonStateLibrary/> [Twitter] <https://twitter.com/WAStateLib> [cid:[log in to unmask]] <https://www.instagram.com/washingtonstatelibrary/> [YouTube] <https://www.youtube.com/user/wastatelibrary> ~connecting Washington through the power of libraries~ Sign up for WSL Updates<https://sos.wa.gov/q/lists>, a weekly newsletter for and about Washington libraries. Our funding for the NBF for states comes from IMLS, but they only fund states. I am looking for alternative ways to get this money to non-state library-based CFB affiliates. What to bring to the festival? It is up to you. Items that highlight your state, especially its literary heritage. Books, book marks, etc. Your colleagues on this email can be of help in this. If anyone wants to chime in, please do so. Perhaps we can discuss this at our monthly meeting next week. I know I asked this question before, but I honestly cannot find my notes or emails on the answer. I am sorry for the repeat, but I am wondering how CFB's under Humanities Councils can get funding for the National Book Festival? Also, if anyone can help with my understanding of the logistics of the Festival, that will be helpful. What sort of items do you all bring to the Festival? (I imagine it is different for everyone, I am just looking for the "must haves"). I know it is early for these sort of questions, but time has a habit of passing, and I would hate to miss something.
