Yes, Thanks, Sharon! I have too many plates in the air right now!
You are right, I meant Aug. 26. UGH!
My apologies,

OK but is that date a typo? July 26 is two weeks from now.

Just an add on: I now have a contact in our Multimedia division, the one that processed these last year. I have told them I want the videos on the NBF site by July 26. They will get back to me re when they need the raw videos. They are willing to work with each region on the videos to oversee the recordings, or you can do as you did last year, and send them the raw video footage for processing. I hope to get an answer very soon on how this will work.

Hi, Sharon! I am getting an email ready about this. The panels are being done by region, so the ne region / cfb region 1 will be working together to plan, moderate, and film the panel. Email coming your way within the hour!

Clearly I missed the memo on this.

What is the plan for the videos? How are they being organized? Who is filming? When are they due?

All—here is the author release form and a boilerplate script for your Great Reads videos. Please be sure your authors sign these before you record. I think those of you appearing in the videos should also sign, just in case.

You can send me the signed release forms. Please use SIGNED RELEASE FORM in the subject.

Thanks,

Guy
