Guy says:

My suggestion for telling folks where the P&P bookstore is is to say it’s on the Exhibition Floor/Lower Level (Hall B) of the convention center.

Sharon follow up:

No harm in adding -- as a way to promote -- I think, "with easy access from the Roadmap to Reading booths."

Thanks everyone, that's very helpful. I've been to the festival three times, but I know that some folks are new, including our person who will be attending this year. So I figure providing a full picture is helpful.

thanks,

Thanks for the map, Joe.

Page, the book area will be in the convention hall on the same floor we will all be. For a little more context, here is what I heard from Brad:

Thanks for thinking of us. We’re not exactly in a numbered booth at the festival. We operate in what’s called simply the book sales area. It’s a large, walled-in space located in Hall B of the Convention Center. Hope this helps.

Kind regards, Brad

Therefore, this the the wording I'm playing around with for our author signing poster:  Books available at the Politics and Prose book sales area located in Hall B of the Convention Center.

I hope this helps.

Warmly,

Rebekah

Jim,

For those who are new, what does the sales area mean? Could Brad provide a map that shows where to find it.

thanks,

I’m sharing a reply I received from Brad Graham to an email I had sent prior to today’s meeting regarding author signings of stock at the NBF bookstore; I found his email waiting after our meeting:

As for when the authors could drop by the sales area to sign, between 11 am and 2 pm on the Friday before the festival, or Saturday between 8:30 am and 10:30 am. Just instruct the authors to come to the sales area and ask for a P&P manager.
