I've found that a modified version of the ead.dtd can help to keep Panorama happy. This includes the contents of all the component files as well as the contents of the original "ead.dtd" file put together into one file and named "ead.dtd". I have set up a web page here at Duke containing info and tricks for Panorama and made the modified DTD available from there: http://scriptorium.lib.duke.edu/findaids/ead/panorama.html If anyone has any other tips in addition to what I've listed let me know and I'll add them on.
