Thanks. I have to confess I'm getting more confused all of the
time. But I think there is a policy issue here. Robert notes
that "changes made to PCC records in OCLC would not have any
impact on the copy of the record in MUMS." That much I think
I understand. What is not clear to me is that PCC/BIBCO libraries
should be making any such changes to LC full bib records.
Is that OK to do? Or should these sorts of changes be reported
to LC for BFM in MUMS?

p.s. i was wrong about the MUMS version of this record. it is
coded full (not 7, as I erroneously reported before).
