If any of you are between jobs or looking for a change (or know people who
are), we are looking for some help on The Learning Page.  I know geography
is a bit of a problem for most of you...for a 120-day position...but I
thought I'd ask anyhow.

        The User Services Division of the National Digital Library at the
Library of Congress (http://www.loc.gov/) is seeking a content
specialist/web developer for a 120-day temporary position.  User
Services provides support materials, guides, and activities for the
online American Memory collections (http://memory.loc.gov/ammem/) via
The Learning Page (http://memory.loc.gov/ammem/ndlpedu/).
        Ideal candidate has a background as a K-12 teacher or media specialist,
with a working knowledge of history/social studies curriculum.  Previous web
development/production preferred.  Excellent communication and
organizational skills required.
