Hi Fellows,
Some of you asked about the menu for the luncheon in the Jefferson
Building.  Here it is:
Black Current Iced Tea
Basil Griled Chicken, topped with crispy julienned leeks and chilled basil
cream sauce
Wheatberry Vegetable Salad (wheatberries, red onion, cucumber, radishes,
carrots, parsley, chives, cilantro, goat cheese, lemon juice, light
vinaigrette
Arugula, red and yellow pear tomatoes with black olives and tamari-balsamic
vinaigrette
Crusty Breads
Frozen Lemon Souffle with Chocolate Tuiles cookies
French Roast Coffee
