FLICC Orientations to Federal Libraries and Information Centers Series

Supreme Court of the United States

As part of a series of orientations to federal libraries and
information centers, FLICC is offering an opportunity for federal
librarians to become better acquainted with the Supreme Court Library
services. The program will include:

* Courtroom Lecture
* Briefing by the Librarian
* Tour of the Library

Date: Wednesday, February 10, 1999

Time: 9:45 a.m. - 12:00 noon.

Place: Supreme Court of the United States, One First Street, NE,
Washington, DC 20543

Metro: Capitol South (Orange and Blue Lines)

Directions: Enter by Maryland Avenue, North Door. Proceed to gathering
point--John Marshall Statue on the Ground Floor

Sponsor: FLICC Education Working Group

Registration: Free, but advanced registration required. Visit the

Future Tours: Other library orientation tours will be scheduled
throughout 1999 to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric
Administration, GPO, Department of the Interior, Naval Observatory,
Department of State, National Library of Medicine, and others.
