ISO 639-2 question - who can help us out:

In the element <archdesc>, the LANGMATERIAL attribute can be used to identify,
by an ISO 639-2 code, any language(s) of the materials being described.
However, looking at the ISO 639-2 code list, for many of the languages,
a possibility of TWO alternative codes are being given.

In the explanation to the list we find that the column "T" is for
"Terminological" use and column "B" is for "Bibliographic" use.
Which of the two is recommended by the EAD community? Are there any
thoughts on this?

Thanks,

Els van Trigt, <DUT> <NLD>
