FEDLINK Spring Membership Meeting

Join your FEDLINK colleagues at the FEDLINK Spring Membership Meeting
for a discussion of controlling access to digital resources. Speakers
from a variety of federal agencies and organizations will explore
approaches to identifying, managing, and maintaining electronic
collections. Invited agencies include GPO, Smithsonian Institution,
and OCLC/CORC.

Following the digital resources presentations, the meeting will
highlight the following items:

* FLICC/FEDLINK FY2000 Budget Report from the FLICC Budget & Finance
Working Group
* Customer Service Focus Group Reports
* Network Training Contracts Proposal; and
* Reports from FLICC's AD Hoc LC Bicentennial Working Group, the
Education Working Group, and the Information Technology Working
Group.

Date: Thursday, April 29, 1999

Time: 9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. (Registration begins at 8:30 a.m.
There is no entry to the Library of Congress prior to 8:30 a.m.)

Place: Mumford Room, 6th floor, Madison Building, The Library of
Congress--Use the Main Entrance at 1st Street and Independence Avenue,
S.E., Washington, D.C.
