What:  The first Canada-USA Summit for women-owned and managed businesses
desiring more active participation in cross-border trade.  The Summit will
focus on:

*       Medical and Healthcare
*       Business, Professional and Education Services
*       Consumer Products and
*       Agricultural and Food Products

Why:    With a common border and similar culture and business environment,
Canada is an ideal location for U.S. businesses to enter the international
marketplace.

Cost:   Conference Fee-Approximately $415 U.S. ($642-Canadian dollars,
including most meals); Hotel-Approximately $130 U.S. per night
($175-Canadian dollars, includes tax); Airline arrangements-group rates
through Air Canada and United Airlines

Activities:     Business matching meetings, roundtable policy discussions,
workshops, presentations, interactive dialogues, planned networking
