We are looking for a hard copy (print edition) of the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 3, The President, 1996 Compilation, revised as of January 1, 1997. We keep every year of Title 3 indefinitely, and we are missing the print copy for this year. If anyone has an extra, or is discading this edition, we would really appreciate receiving it. If anyone has an idea where we might purchase it, we would appreciate that information too.
